About Cyana Therapeutics

Founded in 2025 to advance new treatments for the solid tumors that oncology has left behind.

Cyana Therapeutics was founded in 2025 to develop new drugs for treatment of solid tumors. Despite major advances in oncology over the last 10 years, many solid tumors are unresponsive to treatment, and patients unfortunately face poor outcomes and a low chance of long-term survival. These challenging tumor types include: triple negative breast cancer, bladder cancer, hepatocellular cancer, colon cancer, uterine/endometrial cancer and others.

Our lead program (ENPP1 inhibition, including CY-3132) was licensed from Stanford University and provides a novel mechanism of treating solid tumors across a wide range of different tumor types, many of which have an extremely poor prognosis.

As we move through the clinic with our ENPP1 inhibitor program, we continue to expand our pipeline to include other promising modalities and tumor targets. As we develop new drugs, we hope to offer new alternatives for cancer patients to improve outcomes, providing hope to patients and their families.
